We are excited to announce our iWave: iLearn One-to-World Initiative. This program will allow every student at Stuart Pepper Middle School and Meade County High School to have an iPad Mini to use for schoolwork during the school day. In addition, students will be able to take the device home to use after school hours if they enroll in the insurance program. The cost of the insurance for this school year is $40.

Our one-to-world technology program aligns with the vision and mission of our district. Putting this type of technology in the hands of every student is necessary to even better prepare our students for college or the work world.

It is our hope that you will share in our excitement and pay the insurance so that your student will have the benefit of using the device both at school and at home. We think that your entire family will benefit from having time to use the device once your student has completed his/her homework each night. Please understand that the insurance covers situations where the device stops working properly. Any negligence (drops, scratches, broken screens) will be the responsibility of the parent. However, other school districts with similar programs report very few issues. Students tend to take good care of the technology entrusted to them.
