Construction is underway on the Meade County High School campus, marking the start of a three-year project that will transform the school's look and function. While the finished product is still ahead, visitors to campus can already see visible changes. Even with work in progress, MCHS remains a safe and focused place for learning every day.
Scheduled for completion in the summer of 2028, the project will benefit every future graduate of Meade County High School and serve as a source of pride for the entire community. When complete, the campus will feature intentional design elements throughout, with spaces created to support student organizations, inspire classroom learning, and reflect the vision of Meade County’s future.
Renderings show the new front of the school and a redesigned lobby that will serve as the entrance to both the high school and the athletic complex.
