The Meade County Board of Education has approved the school calendar for the 2026–2027 school year. The approved calendar is now available for families to view.

This year’s calendar was released earlier than in previous years as part of the district’s continued effort to stay ahead on key planning details. The early release supports the ongoing construction project at Meade County High School, which will require careful coordination in the coming year.
The 2026–2027 calendar remains very similar to the current one for the 2025 -2026 school year. This consistency provides stability for students, staff, families, and MCHS contractors as they plan for the upcoming school year.
