Order forms were sent home this week. Here is some additional information for parents.
What to expect on picture day:
When an order is placed online, the parent/guardian will receive a camera pass via email. This can either be printed or texted to the student and brought to picture day. The photographer will photograph the printed camera pass along with the student.
If a student is not able to print their camera pass, that is not a problem. We will match up the student to their order manually in the production process.
A parent may order from the flyer up until 24 hours after picture day. After 24 hours, the online ordering access may close. This will allow our imaging team to "Pull" all orders submitted and match them with the students photographed.
When pictures are returned to school, all students that purchased pictures will receive their prepaid package. Any student that was photographed but did not order a package, will receive a "Proof" (PX) of their picture that was taken on picture day.
All proof packages offer parents a second opportunity to order prints. All orders are subject to shipping and handling costs of up to $8.50 and will be shipped directly to home.

All BHP families are invited to attend our final Grandparents/Family Night from 4:00-6:00. We will also have a training for our discipline program, 123 Magic, starting at 4:30 for any families want to learn more about how we use it at school and how you can use it at home!

The BHP Lost and Found is beginning to grow. Please have your student look for anything you have been missing. It is VERY helpful if their name is on sweatshirts, hoodies or other items. The items that have names on them can be returned easily.

Monday and Thursday we will have our Grandparents & Family Nights from 4:00-6:00! We will also have two food trucks joining on campus for family fun!

The Book Fair will be going on in the library this week, so I will see classes in the computer lab. Only Kindergarten and 1st grade students exchange books on lab days.

Congrats to our weekly winners for our Bear Award drawings. 🐻 Thank you for showing good leadership and following school-wide expectations.

🍽️ Lunch Visits with Your Child 🍽️
We’re so glad you’re here!
We love welcoming families into our school and know how special it is to share a lunch break with your child. To help make the experience enjoyable and focused, we kindly ask that when you visit for lunch:
✅ You sit with your child only
✅ You’ll be seated in a designated area so you can enjoy some special one-on-one time together
This helps us maintain a safe and comfortable lunch routine for all students and allows you to enjoy quality time with your child.
Thank you for your support and for being part of our school community! 💛

Greetings from the library! All classes have had the opportunity to check out books.
A little information for you--we alternate between seeing students in the library one week and in the computer the following week.
Kindergarten and 1st graders check out one book and return it each week on the day their class has library or lab.
2nd and 3rd graders check out two books and keep them for 2 weeks and only exchange books on their library days. After fall break, we will begin morning book exchange for 2nd and 3rd graders who wish to swap out their books between their library weeks.
