2023 Meade County Alumni Association
Each year the graduating class is inducted into our local alumni association. If you are a graduate
or attendee of any existing & pre-existing high school in Meade County, you are invited to attend
your MC Alumni Association Banquet. Due to not having a banquet for a couple of years, we will
be honoring 3 golden classes.
Since January 1, 2014, the Alumni Association began collecting membership dues annually. If you are
a Meade County graduate, please include $10.00 per graduate with your event and/or banquet
costs. The dues are crucial because this money funds our L. H. Powell Scholarship each year.

What: MCHS Alumni Association Banquet
When: Saturday, June 10, 2023 Business mtg 3:30 pm Social Time 4-5 pm Dinner 5 pm
Where: Meade County High School Cafeteria
Why: To commemorate all graduates of high schools in Meade County
To give special recognition to the 50th class (1973)
To briefly honor any graduates from classes celebrating 5, 10, 15 years, etc.
To award the L.H. Powell Scholarship Award
To induct a graduate into the MC Alumni Assoc. Hall of Fame
To induct the graduating classes of 2022-23 into the MC Alumni Association

Special Invitation to the Class of 1973
Following the Alumni Dinner, you are invited to the Doe Valley Swim & Tennis Club (approximately 7:00 pm) for more socializing and reminiscing.
Appetizers will be served and a cash bar will be available. Donations towards our next reunion costs would be appreciated.
A special request was asked to reach out to our sports team members and their significant others to join us in this momentous celebration. If not the 50th, then when?
We are reaching out to each of you to come and celebrate these 50 years at both the dinner and follow-up gathering. Let's show everyone what a wonderful group of graduates/friends we are with a great turnout!
